EquaTerra incorporating Morgan Chambers has recently published the Nordic part of its 2008 European wide Service Provider Performance study.

This research investigates the performance of service providers across Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden, as perceived by the end client organisations who engage them. This year more than 400 unique client-provider relationships are evaluated from a wide spectrum of public and private sector organisations, including 240 of the top IT spending organisations in the Nordic region.
