Service providers must focus on innovation
Smaller outsourcing service providers are beginning to pose a threat to the biggest players in the market, according to the latest research.
Sourcing advisers Morgan Chambers investigated more than 250 outsourcing contracts in companies from the commercial and public sectors and found that the level of general satisfaction with the industry’s biggest players was poor.
